P-Series Booster Pumps
The Hydro P-Series booster pump starts with a unique trailer that has a built in fuel cell with the capacity of 270 – 300 Gallons. The “P” in P-Series stands for pedestal pump, all of these boosters are built with pedestal pumps that give you the standard feature of a clutch allowing you to engage or disengage the pump. Other standard features include running lights, fenders, mudflaps and manual leveling jacks. Optional features include engine hood, oversized radiator, HID spot lights, and residential muffler.
S-Series Booster Pumps
The Hydro S-Series booster pump starts with a unique trailer that has a built in fuel cell with the capacity of 270 – 300 Gallons. The “S” in S-Series stands for SAE pump, all of these boosters are built with SAE mounted pumps that are mounted directly to the engine saving you the cost of a clutch. Other standard features include running lights, fenders, mudflaps and manual leveling jacks. Optional features include engine hood, oversized radiator, HID spot lights, and residential muffler.
John Deere 500 HP Engine
The 500 Horsepower John Deere engine comes standard on our booster pumps. These engines are reliable and half enough power to get the manure to where it needs to go.
19.5″ Cornell Hybrid MP Pump
The Cornell Hybrid MP pump allows you to pump in more volitile situations without causing extensive damage to your pumps. Hydro Engineering offers a variety of pumps to fit your job.
Controls Inc. Controller
The Controls Inc. Controller comes standard with Hydro Engineering booster pumps. This controller allows for manual control over the engine functions & can have its features extended into the cab by using the SunnovaWorx Broadcaster 2 Panel.
200 PSI Pressure Rated Fabricast Valves
Hydro Engineering has added 200 PSI rated Fabricast Valves to its arsenel to handle the pressures that the s-series booster pumps might see.
Bypass
The s-series booster pump (extended) comes with a pump bypass. This makes for easy cleanout of your hoses because it allows the manure ball/bullet to pass through your hoses without any disconnection or extra purging.
