Job Summary

The position will interact extensively with the company’s various departments, focusing on Purchasing and Inventory, and will also be involved with Finance, Estimating, Engineering, Planning, Production, Shipping, and IT. The individual will be directly responsible for new and ongoing projects as well as systems evaluation and process development. This position will work to provide project leadership and ongoing communication in an effort to facilitate inter-departmental systems and processes that support the business. The position will assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing custom processes. Additionally, this position will conduct business process reviews and needs assessment across multi-departmental functions, documenting process flows, making recommendations for improvement, and translating data into business cases complete with tangible and intangible ROI.

  • Establish goals and timelines for ongoing projects and process improvements.
  • Ensure that all individual performance standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role. Masters of Business Administration Degree is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Visio. Oracle applications knowledge is a plus. AccountMate background beneficial.
  • Independent work approach.
  • Some travel may be required.
