Responsible for hydraulic system design on new rig builds and refurbishments; Evaluate material selection based on structural requirements, tolerances, and sizing of system lines; Coordinate and manage plumbing and installation of hydraulic systems; Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics as required as well as construct HPU’s; and Maintain close contact and coordinate activities within other areas of new builds group.

Job Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of all shipping functions and related data collection and documentation. Follow all established procedures for product shipping, ensuring customers’ parts are pulled accurately and efficiently, packaged and shipped as required. Work effectively in both individual and team settings. Provide back-up for other warehouse functions. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Handle other assignments, as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently pull parts according to picklists. Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
  • Ensure that products for shipping are packaged properly and securely to prevent damages.
  • Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
  • Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
  • Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
  • Work with carriers to book LTL and FTL shipments.
  • Load large equipment on flatbed trucks for delivery (and unload for receiving, when necessary).
  • Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as handtruck, or forklift.
  • Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
  • Assist walk in customers with answering questions, pulling, packaging and loading orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience with Shipping and Receiving is preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
