Hydro Engineering has an exciting career opportunity for an Equipment Rental Manager. The manager will be directly responsible for working with current and potential customers in renting liquid transfer equipment.
Responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of all shipping functions and related data collection and documentation. Follow all established procedures for product shipping, ensuring customers’ parts are pulled accurately and efficiently, packaged and shipped as required. Work effectively in both individual and team settings. Provide back-up for other warehouse functions. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Handle other assignments, as directed.
The position will interact extensively with the company’s various departments, focusing on Purchasing and Inventory, and will also be involved with Finance, Estimating, Engineering, Planning, Production, Shipping, and IT. The individual will be directly responsible for new and ongoing projects as well as systems evaluation and process development.

Installation, service, and support of high capacity wells, and pumping equipment. This is a technical hands-on position that requires skill with power and hand tools and related equipment with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose using knowledge of pumps, well water systems, and various controls. Being a team player is important as the installations and projects often require several personnel on site. Customer relations skills are critical.
Responsible for hydraulic system design on new rig builds and refurbishments; Evaluate material selection based on structural requirements, tolerances, and sizing of system lines; Coordinate and manage plumbing and installation of hydraulic systems; Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics as required as well as construct HPU’s; and Maintain close contact and coordinate activities within other areas of new builds group.
